We would like to wish you all the best of health as the COVID-19 epidemic continues to evolve.

 

Our thoughts go out to those affected while we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are working to contain this coronavirus.

 

Our priority is the health and safety of our staff and customers while putting in place a contingency plan to allow business continuity and ensure minimal interruptions within the supply chain.

 

We have been monitoring the situation on a daily basis and in light of the recent developments we have with immediate effect the following precautionary measures in place;

 

  • Working remotely for all staff who conduct their role in an administrative/managerial capacity
  • Adopting a rostering arrangement for our warehouse operations to spread capacity but reduce interaction.
  • Face to face meetings to be replaced with skype/ other forms of electronic communication
  • Electronic documentation being prepared with airlines, shipping companies, couriers to minimise exposure

 

We expect these measures will remain in effect until at least the end of April, with the situation to be reviewed and an announcement to follow with any changes. In the meantime we will continue to monitor and follow expert advice released by the Australian government.
