Negative impacts derived from events surrounding Covid 19, typhoon events in Asia and adverse weather events in NSW have contributed to an ongoing disrupted schedule pattern with vessels being delayed upon arrival to Australian ports.

While we could have hoped we might soon see light at the end of the tunnel it transpires that ongoing and imminent Industrial Action at major Australian ports will impact further.

Carriers have announced, while apologising profusely, they must now expect and plan for further disruptions through the remainder of September. This in turn will continue to build congestion at major Asia ports as vessels are late on return to port.

Our teams remain focussed on securing space on each target vessel and processing off wharf in Australia in the shortest time possible to minimise impacts.
