BULLETIN : CHINESE GOVERNMENT EXTENDS THE NEW YEAR HOLIDAY PERIOD AS A MEASURE TO CONTAIN THE SPREAD OF THE CORONAVIRUS

The Chinese Government have published notification of The Lunar New Year holiday to be extended by three days to February 3^rd, or in some instances, businesses in Shanghai and Ningbo have been ordered by the local government to suspend operations until February 10, 2020.

Chinese officials have rolled out the emergency measure as a bid  to contain the spread of the coronavirus over the biggest holiday in the Chinese calendar.
