Negative impacts from Covid-19, typhoon events in Asia, and adverse weather in NSW have disrupted vessel schedules. These issues have led to ongoing delays in arrivals at Australian ports.

We had hoped to soon see light at the end of the tunnel. However, ongoing and imminent industrial action at major Australian ports will cause further impacts.

Carriers have announced, they must now expect and plan for further disruptions through the remainder of September. This in turn will continue to build congestion at major Asia ports as vessels are late on return to port.

Our teams remain focussed on securing space on each vessel and processing off wharf in the shortest time to minimise impacts.
