Oceanfreight Wharf Infrastructure + Depot De-hire Fees Increase effective 1^st May 2026

Effective May 1, 2026, landside charges for both inbound and outbound cargo will increase, as reported by container terminal operators. The details below highlight only the areas affected by these increases; all other charges remain unchanged.

FCL per teu/feu charges applicable 01.05.2026

Melbourne:

Wharf Booking and Empty Return Fee: $220

Sydney:

Wharf Booking and Empty Return Fee: $415

Brisbane:

Wharf Infrastructure Charge: $440

Wharf Booking and Empty Return Fee: $290

Fremantle:

Wharf Booking and Empty Return Fee: $150

Adelaide:

Wharf Booking and Empty Return Fee: $170
